What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, and email address.

To respond to enquiries about Sphere Software's services.
How it is stored
Submitted data is emailed directly to the business owner via Resend. We do not store contact form submissions in any database.
Job applications
If you apply for a role through our careers pages, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and resume, along with any optional details you choose to provide such as a LinkedIn or GitHub link, your location, expected salary, and notes. This information is used only to evaluate your application. It is emailed to the business owner via Resend and stored in Airtable, which we use to track applications. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Sphere Software. If you would like your application data deleted, email us at the address below and we will remove it.
Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for basic site functionality and cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymous traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-25861Q17DC) and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous visitor data, including pages visited, country, device type, and browser. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics — the only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Third-party services
Resend is used for delivering email from the contact form. Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics are used for anonymous traffic measurement.
Governing law
This policy is governed in accordance with applicable Indian and US data protection laws.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any data you have submitted by emailing hello@sphere-software.com.
